The SXT Light Plus V in the EkFV version, in addition to the necessary changes to the technical details and the max. speed ​​and, of course, the type approval certificate, is quite similar with the base model SXT Light Plus V. The biggest differences are listed below.

Differences of the so called "eKFV Model" compared to the basic model:

  • certified front and rear lights
  • max. speed of 20 km/h
  • delivery including general operating permit (ABE)
  • rear license plate holder


The SXT Light Plus V eKFV also has a drum brake on the rear axle. The battery, which is built into the running board, delivers 10.5 Ah of energy (378 Wh) at an operating voltage of 36V - the cells built into the lithium battery are high-quality Samsung 18650 cells. The battery is fully charged in around 3 hours. This model fulfills all requirements to become a new daily companion - be it the enormous range of up to 40 km or the powerful 500W hub motor or the compact dimensions when the electric scooter is folded up in the trunk or stowed under the train seat.

The SXT Light Plus V eKFV is sprung at the front and rear, which contributes to smooth driving. The escooter is equipped with unpressurized 8 inch rubber tires.

Attention! Minimum age 14 years - no helmet required, no license required.

Note for customers from Switzerland and Austria: This scooter model is also within the legal requirements in these two countries, ie. may also legally operated there in road traffic (in this case, registration-free).

The display may be defective. The display on these models is also the board computer. You can replace it. Loosen the 4 screws from the display cover, as well as the 2 screws on the display board and disconnect the plug connections on the underside. Then install a new display. Caution: Make sure that the plug connections are connected correctly! For the display to work, the two screws that were on the display board must be reconnected. The battery may be empty.
Place your foot on the step and simultaneously press the release lever on the folding mechanism. At the same time, grab the handlebars with both hands and push them forward away from you. The release lever comes loose and you can fold the scooter easily and with little effort. Never use force or tools - this is never necessary.
As a rule, the fault here is that a plug is loose somewhere or that it fails due to a loose connection. Something small that is preventing the scooter from flowing electricity in all the major parts. For example, it can also be due to a missing blade fuse / not activated main fuse. The scooter is activated, i.e. the front light lights up, the LEDs light up but the engine does not turn: 1. The side stand must be raised for the throttle to work. 2. The plug connections on the control unit must be checked here. Unplug individually and reconnect. Also check the wiring from the throttle grip - this is the cable from the throttle grip come follow and check.
