We present the consistent further development of the SXT Light series - the SXT Light GT. Based on many years of experience and customer feedback, this model has been further optimized in terms of performance, power and range.
Differences compared to the SXT Light Plus V model at a glance:
Operating voltage 48V
Motor power 700W
Max. Speed up to 40 km / h
Max. Range up to 50 km (measured at a constant speed of 20 km / h with 70 kg payload)
higher torque
extended footboard
The optimization of the motor, in combination with an improved control unit, result in a higher torque and a max. speed of up to 40 km/h. Based on the higher torque on the drive axle, the climbing ability could be improved even further.
The adjustment of the operating voltage to 48V in conjunction with the extension of the footboard, now allows a battery capacity of 504 Wh, which is sufficient for a range of up to 50 km. With the supplied 3A charger, the charging time is about 4 hours if the battery is completely discharged. At the same time the footboard length has been extended, which allows a more comfortable stand even on longer distances.
Proven components such as the UBHI, shock absorbers front and rear, electromagnetic brake including KERS energy recovery and the large LED display with display of speed, temperature, mileage, etc. remain unchanged even for the SXT Light GT. Likewise, the lighting front and rear remains unchanged.
The total vehicle weight including battery of 11.9 kg remains sensationally low, which makes the electric scooter to an actual daily companion in all situations, which can be folded compact at any time and taken anywhere.
Like its predecessor, the SXT Light GT is equipped with non-pressurized rubber tires, which, in conjunction with the shock absorbers, ensure outstanding roadholding.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!! The SXT light GT model is not allowed to be used under road traffic licensing regulations. and is likewise NOT a small electric vehicle in the sense of the eKFV.

The display may be defective. The display on these models is also the board computer. You can replace it. Loosen the 4 screws from the display cover, as well as the 2 screws on the display board and disconnect the plug connections on the underside. Then install a new display. Caution: Make sure that the plug connections are connected correctly! For the display to work, the two screws that were on the display board must be reconnected.
The battery may be empty.
Place your foot on the step and simultaneously press the release lever on the folding mechanism. At the same time, grab the handlebars with both hands and push them forward away from you. The release lever comes loose and you can fold the scooter easily and with little effort. Never use force or tools - this is never necessary.
As a rule, the fault here is that a plug is loose somewhere or that it fails due to a loose connection.
Something small that is preventing the scooter from flowing electricity in all the major parts. For example, it can also be due to a missing blade fuse / not activated main fuse.
The scooter is activated, i.e. the front light lights up, the LEDs light up but the engine does not turn: 1. The side stand
must be raised for the throttle to work. 2. The plug connections on the control unit must be checked here.
Unplug individually and reconnect. Also check the wiring from the throttle grip - this is the cable from the throttle grip
come follow and check.
